Hybrid - 2 days in Downtown Toronto Office.Schedule Hours: standard 37.5hrs/week, (might have to support on weekends or nights as required)Possible OT - YesTypical Day in Role:The DevOps Specialist contributes to the ongoing support and operations for applications within Global Finance and Risk Technologies.The incumbent will handle Application Production Operations.The incumbent will be a key contact with application development teams to ensure Production operations are automated and efficient.Support the Operations of critical Risk Applications such as Bancware (Asset Liability Management -ALM), RCRR, iFRS9, and others.Assessments into Application Operations Maturity and provide automation improvement recommendations to development teamsExecuting/monitoring Monthly/Quarterly Operations (shift hours will be required)Ensuring ongoing communication of Operation status, completing regular status reports and escalating issues, as required.As a part of a support team provide excellent services and become a trusted advisor to customers via proactive and enthusiastic social engagement, technical depth and highest level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.Recommend and implement improvements, document knowledge in the form of incident notes and technical articles through team's knowledge base and Bank-wide social media. Prepare,
