As a team we provide analytical and reporting services that help assess Technology service performance and overall user experience.



We design and manage a robust reporting framework and supporting processes that enable effective analytics. We understand Technology challenges and opportunities and identify valuable data points to help drive out actionable insights. We collaborate closely with Technology teams to finalize valuable insights and create effective presentations to communicate the findings to different groups of stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesContribute to designing and building our analytics solution (dashboards, KPI’s)Assist in designing and preparing impactful executive PowerPoint presentationsAssist in preparing and delivering recurring operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)Document and improve our existing processes; automating recurring tasksModernize our SharePoint team sitesRequirementsKnowledge of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)Knowledge of data management tools (Microsoft SQL Server, SAP HANA)Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote)Strong verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow) an assetKnowledge creating and managing SharePoint sites an assetTo apply,
