The Senior Fraud Investigator will oversee daily operations of the Fraud Operations Department, drive risk mitigation, and ensure a balance between loss reduction, regulatory compliance and positive customer experience.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis and Operational SupportAnalyze and investigate fraud cases and alerts, contacting clients and reviewing information to meet SLA, policies and procedures.Monitor fraud data, identify emerging patterns and schemes affecting banking and investment products.Ensure accurate, complete and consistent data in tracking systems to support analysis and reporting.Provide first‑level support for client escalations related to fraud cases.Backline Support FunctionsDraft, update and organize operational documentation such as fraud procedures, playbooks, process maps and internal control narratives.Prepare training and awareness materials for the Fraud team and business partners.Support training of new Fraud Analysts and Investigators.Gather and organize documentation and evidence for internal audits, compliance reviews and regulatory submissions.Stakeholder Coordination and ExecutionCoordinate operational inquiries and information exchange with external partners such as Interac, Visa and MasterCard.Support fraud management projects, executing tasks related to testing and implementation of new tools, systems or process improvements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.3–5 years of experience in fraud operations,
