With headquarters in London and operations in 145 countries, we employ over 50,000 specialists.Short‑term contract for a Commercial Finance Manager to support the Commercial Finance Director for Creative Service lines, partnering with senior business leaders to provide strategic financial insight, resource and forecasting analysis, and profitability support to enable informed commercial decision‑making.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and provide advice on strategic financial plans in partnership with business leaders; provide insight and challenge through financial analysis to enable key decisions and target achievement.Support the Commercial Finance Director and client leadership by analysing planned vs actual resources, ensuring optimal balance per monthly or quarterly cadence.Work with business leaders to understand and model resource requirements, forecast impacts and staffing allocation on a quarterly basis; monitor adaptable resources budget, needs, and usage monthly.Prepare and analyse client profitability, identify and support initiatives to improve profitability and margin.Provide high‑quality,



insightful analysis and scenario planning to the Commercial Finance Director and business leaders as needed.Qualifications & ExperienceCPA designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification required.Strong advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, forecasting and variance analysis.Proven experience producing and analysing burn‑rate reports, resource utilisation and cost tracking.Strong background in financial data analysis and management reporting to support commercial decision‑making.Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and client service leaders in creative or agency environments.Confident and effective presenter, able to communicate complex financial insights clearly to internal clients and leadership teams.Experience supporting Commercial Finance Directors or senior finance leaders within professional services or creative services organisations.Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, contract environment with high attention to detail and deadlines.Additional DetailsLocation: Toronto, CanadaContract Type: Independent ContractorTime Type: Full timeSalary Range: $120,000 (actual salary within range will be based on experience, knowledge and skills).We recognise that diverse ideas, perspectives and backgrounds foster a stronger and more creative work environment.
