Drawing on your electrical troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and customer support experience, you’ll help ensure Hörmann’s access solutions perform to the highest standards. This is a desk-based technical support role that can be performed remotely or from our office, depending on your preference. You’ll primarily provide support via phone and email. Occasional travel for special projects such as training or trade shows may occur, but this is not a field service position.Your Key ResponsibilitiesProvide bilingual technical support (French and English) via phone and email to customers, dealers, and internal teams.Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues related to control systems, including PLCs, relay logic, and inverters.Support field operations remotely for repairs or maintenance.Assist with warranty claim processing, technical documentation, and troubleshooting records.Collaborate with Engineering and R&D; teams on product testing, prototyping, and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide technical support for trade shows, marketing initiatives, and showroom/display setup as needed.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, installation guides, and training materials.Promote and adhere to all health and safety policies, fostering a culture of safety in every task.What You Bring to the RoleLanguages: Full professional fluency in French and English (spoken and written).Education: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent technical background.Experience:
