We are seeking a dependable, detail‑orientedAccounts Receivable Specialistto join our finance team within our Multimatic Special Vehicle Operations (MSVO) division, operating in a quick‑paced advanced manufacturing environment.This role is ideal for a career‑focused professional who values consistency, accuracy, and process discipline in a structured setting.This position is onsite Monday to Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess daily customer invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.Monitor aging reports and follow up on past‑due accounts.Maintain customer credit files and supporting documentation.Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and chargebacks.Coordinate with sales, customer service, and production teams regarding invoicing matters.Support month‑end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.Maintain organized records in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.Qualifications3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting all levels of customers.Familiarity with EDI, customer portals,



and customer‑specific billing processes is an asset.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail with proven reconciliation skills.Reliable with a consistent and stable work history.Interest in expanding knowledge within the broader finance function is an asset.Ability to travel occasionally, as required.This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
