Acts as chief engineer and refrigeration engineer as specified in the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act of Saskatchewan. Provides project and contract management on contracted building services.Typical Duties & ResponsibilitiesActs as Chief Engineer and Refrigeration Engineer. Responsible for all heating, cooling and humidification systems.Operates, maintains and repairs buildings, systems, equipment and grounds, adhering to building practices,



programs and all applicable statutes and regulations.Performs regular preventative maintenance routines on systems and buildings.Promptly responds to customer requests. Identifies and analyzes problems and takes corrective action.Investigates, takes corrective action and/or resolves environmental issues by inspecting, calibrating and troubleshooting HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) equipment and controls.Responsible for administration of contracted buildings services.
