Our solutions empower patients and physicians by replacing paper forms with secure digital tools that streamline health information exchanges.Job SummaryReporting to the Senior Director, Cloud Operations and Security, the DevOps Engineer will design, build, and operate scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS. The role focuses on infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and ensuring security and compliance best practices are embedded throughout.ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).Build, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for observability.Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability and performance.Deploy containers with Docker or Kubernetes.Ensure security and compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001,



and other regulated environments.Troubleshoot production incidents and support day‑to‑day operations.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment workflows.Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and harden infrastructure.Participate in a rotating 24/7 on‑call schedule.QualificationsExtensive experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering within SaaS, high‑availability environments.Proficient with AWS services (compute, networking, storage) and IaC (terraform preferred).Strong background designing CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins or GitHub Actions.Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus or CloudWatch.Knowledge of containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, CSPM, DSPM, ASPM) and IaC security scanners.Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks is desirable.Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor teammates.Availability for rotating 24/7 on‑call duties.BenefitsFull‑time hybrid role with options to work in Toronto, Vancouver or Victoria.
