Key Responsibilities:



• Manage the overall compliance program and policies • Ensure compliance with CIRO and relevant regulations • Provide strategic guidance on risk governance • Oversee compliance audits and examinations • Review business practices from a compliance viewpoint

Requirements: • Current CCO or senior compliance expert in CIRO workplace • Deep investment dealer compliance knowledge • Proficient understanding of securities regulations and AML • Experienced in developing compliance infrastructure • Completion of CSC, CPH, PDO/BM, and CCO licensing
