About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for its Environmental Division. The successful candidate will be a values-driven leader with a strong background in P&L; management across multiple business units, particularly within a B-to-B industrial services environment. This role is pivotal in driving sustainable growth, strengthening market leadership, and ensuring operational excellence across the division's diverse businesses, which are focused on waste resource management and contributing to a circular economy. The EVP will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and the development of a proactive, trust-based culture. Key responsibilities include leading the senior leadership team, refining and communicating strategic goals, and fostering strategic alliances.



The role demands a leader with a coaching and mentoring style, a bias for execution, and a commitment to the highest health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving results, leading people, and fostering customer relationships. They should be adept at strategic thinking, capable of translating strategy into execution, and experienced in driving operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration. The EVP will also be expected to have a strong focus on talent management, fostering a cohesive team environment, and embodying the company's values of resilience, environmental stewardship, accountability, community, and humility. Critical leadership capabilities include the ability to drive results, lead people, think strategically, and collaborate effectively.
