About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for its Environmental Division. The successful candidate will be a values-driven leader with a strong background in P&L; management across multiple business units, particularly within a B-to-B industrial services environment. This role is pivotal in driving sustainable growth, strengthening market leadership, and ensuring operational excellence across the division's diverse businesses, which are focused on waste resource management and contributing to a circular economy. The EVP will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and the development of a proactive, trust-based culture. Key responsibilities include leading the senior leadership team, refining and communicating strategic goals, and fostering strategic alliances.
The role demands a leader with a coaching and mentoring style, a bias for execution, and a commitment to the highest health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
