Duration: 2 Months (High chance to extension possibility)
Location: Woodbridge, ON
Come in person for their first week and then remote for remainder
Responsibility:
- Used for PMO and ticketing system, requires some expertise which cannot be done in house
- SME to come in and help
- Hands on implementation experience
Must Haves:
5-7+ ServiceNow the ITSM for support customer portal to deploy into companies
Done development in ServiceNow with different configuration pieces
