We are seeking a

Data Solutions Developer IV

to join a team responsible for building and supporting scalable data solutions and processing platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with

Scala, Spark, Akka/Pekko, SQL, and data modeling . Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing solutions and applications. Build and optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processing, transformation, and aggregation. Develop solutions using

Scala, Spark, and Akka/Pekko . Write complex SQL queries and work with relational and non-relational databases. Develop and maintain data models and support data warehousing initiatives. Analyze and troubleshoot data issues to ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability. Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Identify performance issues and implement improvements to existing data solutions. Follow data security, privacy, and governance standards. Contribute to ongoing improvements across the team's data platforms and development practices. Required Skills & Experience

8–10 years

of overall software/data development experience. 5+ years

of Scala development experience. 2–3 years





of Akka or Pekko experience. 5–8 years

of Spark / Big Data experience. Strong understanding of

data modeling and data warehousing . Experience building and supporting

data pipelines and large‑scale processing systems . Experience with relational and non-relational databases. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience with

Python or Java

is an asset. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Nice to Have
