This role is perfect for a leader who understands that in industrial distribution, technical knowledge is the foundation of effective leadership. Duties will include:Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide leadership support to a high performing team.Monitor team performance using KPIs to identify process improvements, response time issues, and workload distribution.Handle personnel management tasks including vacation scheduling, sick day tracking,
