This is a field-driven role for someone who prefers being on site, working directly with crews, and taking ownership of safety rather than sitting behind a desk.The RoleThis position will support multiple construction sites across Lethbridge and Southern Alberta, with occasional travel into BC. While most travel will be planned in advance, there will be times where you are required to respond to incidents with little to no notice.This is not a 9–5 role. There will be occasional evening and weekend work depending on site activity and safety needs.~80% field-based / ~20% administrative-officeLead and enforce site safety practicesConduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigationsWork directly with trades to ensure a safe,
