High‑performing candidates may be considered for future full‑time opportunities following the internship term.This position is ideal for candidates who combine strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of AI fluency and curiosity for up-to-date digital tools. You will work closely with the Order Management team, supporting critical operational activities while helping improve efficiency through AI‑enabled solutions, automation, and data‑driven analysis.You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to customer order execution, SAP processes, project coordination,



and cross‑functional operations within a global industrial business.Your TasksSupport the Order Management team with daily operational activities across the order lifecycle.Assist with SAP Sales Order maintenance, order tracking, documentation management, and milestone follow‑up.Coordinate with Scheduling, Logistics, Engineering, Procurement, and Customer Service teams to support timely order execution.Monitor customer commitments, delivery dates, and action items to help keep projects on track.Support preparation and issuance of customer and internal documentation. Help maintain trackers, reports, and operational dashboards.Use AI tools to improve productivity, streamline repetitive tasks, summarize information, and support reporting activities.Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and operational improvement.Support management with ad‑hoc analysis and operational coordination tasks.RequirementsCurrent post‑secondary students nearing completion of their degree program or recent graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and operational systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with SAP is an asset.Candidates seeking long‑term growth opportunities within operations, analytics, and manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply.You are proactive, action‑oriented, and eager to learn.
