By effectively building positive rapport and relationships both internally and externally, the successful candidate will help us achieve our mission that together we deliver services that make a difference in our community.ResponsibilitiesCleaning and general maintenance/repair of the facility.Set‑up and clean‑up for rental/permit groups.Providing customer service and responding to the needs of the public and rental organizations.Facility supervision and operational responsibility, including providing leadership and direction to junior employees, job‑specific training, guidance and division of responsibilities, completion of daily maintenance management records, responsibility for opening and closing the facility, operating the building security system and performing checks on all emergency systems.Mitigating risks and ensuring the safety of all users and staff within the facility.Other duties as may be assigned.Who You AreOur Community Services team is looking for a self‑motivated, solutions‑oriented team member. You convey your thoughts clearly and concisely, listen attentively and ask questions for clarification and understanding. Using sound judgment, you demonstrate tact, diplomacy and sound discretion when working with the public.
