This role plays a key part in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the company.Financial & Accounting DutiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsReconcile bank accounts, credit cards and general ledger accountsPrepare and issue invoices and payment recordsRecord journal entries and maintain supporting documentationAssist with monthly, quarterly,



and year-end financial reportingSupport budgeting and cash flow trackingPrepare HST/GST filings and assist with payroll remittances where applicableCoordinate with external accountants during audits and year-end preparationAdministrative ResponsibilitiesMaintain organized digital and physical financial filesRespond to vendor and internal accounting inquiriesAssist with process improvements and implementation of accounting proceduresEnsure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and financial regulationsQualificationsDiploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum three (3) years of full-cycle bookkeeping experienceStrong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting practicesExperience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage or similar platformsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience handling multiple accounts, entities, or cost centers is considered an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
