Job Title:Inventory Control Audit SpecialistLocation:Toronto, ONContract:12-monthsPay Rate:$50-$55/hrIn this role, you will be responsible for building the end-to-end audit model, including methodology, governance structure, KPIs, and escalation pathways that support robust inventory controls and data integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign the VMI audit framework covering physical and system-based inventory controlsDefine audit methodology (sampling, scoring models, evidence requirements, pass/fail criteria)Establish audit frequency based on vendor risk, volume, and historical performanceDevelop KPIs such as inventory accuracy, cycle count compliance, and transaction accuracyCreate audit tools including checklists, scorecards, and corrective action templatesDefine governance structure, roles, responsibilities, and escalation pathsCollaborate with internal teams (Maintenance Delivery, IT, Finance)
