Join our award-winning team and make a difference that defines you.RVA is seeking a Project Engineer, Transportation to work on a variety of challenging projects.The individual will have the opportunity to work on projects varying in scope and size related to roadways and highway infrastructure design, including grading and drainage, roadside safety, geometric design, flood protection, stormwater management, storm drainage systems, watermain and sewer design and intersection design and utility coordination.This role offers the right candidate the potential for career growth within RVA.DutiesProviding engineering and technical expertise on multi-disciplinary projectsAssisting in project management, including budget and client communicationParticipating in studies, assessments, modeling, preliminary and detailed designContributing to reports, drawings, and other engineering documentsPreparing designs for municipal road reconstructions, water/sewer systems, site grading, and stormwater managementCommunicating with clients,
