Key Responsibilities:



• Code and enter vendor invoices accurately • Reconcile credit card statements for precise reporting • Issue client refunds in collaboration with Accounts Receivable • Monitor and replenish deposit accounts regularly • Respond to vendor inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution

Requirements: • 3+ years in accounts payable or relevant experience • Robust MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook • Familiarity with Concur and/or Elite 3E beneficial • Proficient in multitasking within high-volume environments • Strong communication skills in English; French is an asset
