Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor with daily cheque deposits and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable issuesCoordinate the handling of requests for insurance certificatesSupport the Accounts Payable vendor setup processEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial recordsAssist the Finance team during interim, hard close, year‑end, and other audit/review proceduresEnsure readiness and accuracy of financial documents and reportsCommunicate effectively with other departmentsProvide advanced day‑to‑day accounting support for the company’s multiple business entitiesEnsure adherence to/compliance with accounting and firm’s policies and proceduresIdentify opportunities for process improvements and suggest changes to enhance efficiency and accuracyWhat You’ll BringHere’s what we look for:Experience/education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
