A boutique, financially strong real estate owner/operator with a growing portfolio of approximately 1–2M SF of commercial and residential assets across the GTA is looking for a VP, Property & Leasing.

As VP, Property & Leasing, you'll have a broad mandate across property operations, leasing and asset performance. You'll be hands-on, commercially focused and empowered to make decisions that directly impact the bottom line.

This is an opportunity to join a nimble, entrepreneurial organization where you won't be buried in layers of management or simply reporting on asset performance. You'll have a direct line to the CEO and real ownership of the day-to-day performance of the portfolio.

- Take ownership of the day-to-day performance of a 1–2M SF commercial and residential portfolio
- Drive NOI optimization, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, control costs and improve asset performance
- Lead leasing strategy, negotiations, renewals, tenant relationships and occupancy
- Oversee property operations, budgets, operating expenses and capital requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, tenant experience and overall asset value
- Manage relationships with property managers,



contractors, vendors and other external partners
- Lead and support a small team of three
- Work directly with the CEO on portfolio strategy, growth opportunities, acquisitions and dispositions
- Stay close to the assets and the details—this is a hands-on leadership role, not a corporate oversight position
