and holidaysAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 poundsRole and Responsibilities:Lead all departments harmoniously to:Create positive customer experiencesIncrease profitability and reach the goals and objectives of each departmentInventory Management through weekly ordering, record and invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory countsSchedule Team Members to ensure that customer needs are metEnsure company standards are met and department programs are followedImplement effective recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work teamComplete performance reviews, departmental reports, etc. to gauge progress throughout the storeTrain, develop, and motivate Team MembersResolve customer and Team member concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experienceChampion the Freson Bros.
