You will gain unique experiences and valuable knowledge working across capabilities, sectors, and geographies and have the opportunity to take your career in the direction you want.This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.Your key responsibilitiesPrepare / Review and deliver Canadian expatriate (shadow) payroll deliverables to external clientsTeam with our Mobility tax colleagues locally and globally to provide an integrated client solution in respect to the taxation and reporting of cross-border compensationAdvice clients on their employer payroll tax and social security obligations in various cross-border employee situations like remote work, business travelers, etc.Support clients with payroll and employment tax auditsResearch and prepare responses to various technical questions related to payroll, employment tax and taxable benefitsAssist clients with various payroll tax compliance issues, responding to queries from government tax agencies and providing solution-based responses to complex employment tax mattersAssist Managers / Senior Managers with internal EY protocols and administration of an engagement, i.E., adhering to client acceptance procedures, developing budgets, determining resource requirements, timely invoicing, and collection of outstanding receivablesTimely delivery of mandates and manage client expectationsContribute to a flexible, secure,
