The Procurement Platform Assistant Manager is responsible for the administration, optimization and maintenance of the organization’s S2P platform(s). This role serves as a subject matter expert on procurement technology platform and partners closely with various cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements along with focus on data accuracy, compliance, and user adoption. Experience withIvaluais strongly preferred.Position ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the Ivalua S2P platform, including user access, configurations, and workflow managementAct as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for the procurement platform(s), with a primary focus onIvaluaTroubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis of incidents, and implement corrective actions to resolve defectsTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurationsCollaborate with global procurement, IT and other stakeholders to identify areas of process improvement and technology enhancementsSupport system upgrades, patches, and new functionality releases, including testing (UAT), documentation, and deploymentDrive standardization, automation, and best practices across procurement processesSupport compliance between platform(s) and organizational policies, security standards and regulatory requirementsDocument system configurations, business processes, and change management activities for audit and knowledge sharing purposesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field2+ years of experience in procurement systems support, IT service management,



or related areasFamiliarity with intermediate SQL and data analysis concepts is a must for troubleshooting within IvaluaStrong understanding of end‑to‑end S2P processes and technology platforms (Ivalua experience preferred).
