The Role

What You Bring





We’re looking for experienced leaders who are confident operating autonomously and bring both strategic and commercial capability:

- 8+ years in operations, general management, or senior leadership roles
- Experience with multi-site, national, or cross-functional responsibility
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Background in client-facing environments and relationship management
- Solid commercial acumen, with exposure to business growth or revenue initiatives
- Highly self-directed and disciplined, comfortable without traditional structures
- Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and professional credibility
- Interest in leadership development, performance improvement, and personal growth
