The role plays a central part in building a robust internal foundation, ensuring staff have the tools, systems, support, and environment they need to do their best work.ResponsibilitiesLead day‑to‑day operations across people, operations, and governance.Oversee core people‑operations functions such as HR administration, recruitment support, onboarding, performance processes,



and workplace culture initiatives.Provide operational leadership by managing key administrative systems and engaging in cross‑departmental projects.Ensure organizational policies, procedures, and governance practices are current, compliant, and aligned with strategic priorities.Collaborate closely with teams to streamline workflows, strengthen operational processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness.QualificationsBachelor’s degree.Minimum five (5) years of experience in operations, human resources, or a similar cross‑functional role leading teams and managing department‑level functions.CPHR designation or equivalent is an asset.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.Ability to work across teams to set goals, resolve issues, and support decision making.Equally qualified candidates with a combination of education, training and experience will be considered.CompensationThe salary for this position is $82,000 - $90,000 annually.#J-18808-Ljbffr
