In this pivotal role, you will report to the Head of Data Engineering for the US Commercial team. Your expertise will guide technical discussions, shape solutions, and mentor data engineers across various initiatives. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and develop a high-performing team of data engineers • Design and optimize scalable data pipelines for analytics and AI • Facilitate solution design discussions with cross-functional teams • Oversee project priorities, capacity planning, and execution • Drive automated and optimized data engineering processes

Requirements: • Minimum 8 years in data engineering or AI engineering • At least 2 years of team leadership experience • Proficient in building scalable data platforms with Spark and Kafka • Robust cloud-native data engineering background, especially in AWS • Advanced SQL skills, familiarity with Python, Scala, or Java
