and providing tailored solutions.Develop relationships with assigned accounts to influence sales and margin growth within our service and product offerings.Provide personalized customer service through timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Be an expert on our strategic product offering and services.Be a creative problem solver with the ability to understand and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.Collaborative ApproachWork closely with internal teams such as OSRs, Sales Managers, Branch Team, Category Management, to facilitate seamless customer service, order processing, and timely issue resolution.Sales OperationsServe as the sales representative handling customer needs ranging from quotations and orders through post-delivery support.PerformanceCompliance to SOP's and Policies.What you will bring:Prior sales and/or customer service experience is required.Exhibit a highly motivated customer service-oriented mentality with ability to build long term relationships focused on sales.Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment, follow through on commitments, work independently and set self-motivated goals.Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.Requires excellent communication, time management,
