Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger and reconciliations • Prepare and review financial statements and reports for senior stakeholders • Lead budgeting, forecasting,



and cash flow management efforts • Oversee property accounting and tenant-related reconciliations • Strengthen accounting policies and support transition to internal accounting team

Requirements: • 8+ years of property accounting experience in real estate • Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting • Proven process improvement and implementation skills • Excellent leadership and analytical abilities • Experience managing and mentoring accounting staff is a plus
