Job TitleField Representative – Special Inspections Department – Ontario – Full-timeLocationOakville, Ontario, CanadaPosition TypeFull-timeDescriptionField Evaluations for Electrical productsAbout LabTest Certification Inc.LabTest Certification Inc. is a Canadian-based Testing, Certification, and Inspection Body with 20+ years in the TIC industry, located at Delta, BC with additional locations in Richmond, BC, Toronto, ON, and Las Vegas, NV.Key QualificationsPractical knowledge of electrical and electronics, calibration of equipment, and 4 years in a related working workplace.Attention to detail.Exceptional communication and writing skills.Excellent organizational skills.Punctual and reliable.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSpecial InspectionsCoordinate inspection scheduling with SI’s Account Manager and/or Department Manager.Conduct inspections following the inspection procedure and checklist, as qualified.Observe all safety measures including the safety instructions from the clients.Gather and submit invoicing information and details to the Accounting Department for invoicing.Evaluation of ResultsEvaluate the inspection results and report to the Department Manager.Prepare and write inspection reports.Compile test data and inspection findings together.Follow Up on Non-Conformances and Corrective ActionsReport deviations or non-conformances to procedures found during inspections to the Department Manager.Follow up on the client’s corrective actions according to inspection procedure.Client ManagementHandle and answer any question, issue and/or concern raised by the client.Report concerns, comments, and/or feedback from clients to the Department Manager.Working ConditionsWork Conditions: Monday – Friday (typically 9 AM to 5:30 PM unless traveling hours are required).Traveling: Traveling will be required, locally and/or internationally.Valid Driving License and Passport are required.Own vehicle is preferred.Employee BenefitsExclusive Discount Codes for Employees on top products and services from leading brands—redeemable instantly from Travel, Sports & Entertainment, and Technology Brands.SalarySalary range: $50,000 – $60,000/year.
