You can expect the typical day to include activities such as:Conducting health assessments for the purposes of triage and on‑going careAdvocating for and encouraging patient participation in the plan of careMonitoring treatment plans and response to health care interventionsCommunicating with community care providers to obtain health histories and facilitate transitional careContributing to health program development within the institutionProviding emergency care, acute care, crisis intervention, health teaching, and counselling for patients considered medically stable and unstablePractising in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario practice standards, ministry expectations,



and the security requirements of the institutionWhat you bring to the teamMandatory RequirementsYou are currently a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of OntarioYou must possess oral and written French language skills at the advanced level.
