The person we're looking forWe’re seeking a Senior Designer with a proven ability to support UX projects. This includes thorough design research, the creation of polished project deliverables, and providing robust conceptual thinking in response to a design brief. You will have client-facing opportunities during the course of a project and should be able to articulate your design choices, and develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients.Job OverviewSome things you will be responsible for:Produce work that meets Multiplayer's expectations around quality, and guide junior team members through the completion of high-quality deliverablesIdentify and analyze more complex problems and identify causes and solutions with minimal oversightAdapt to changes in project scope, team dynamics, or workflow with minimal supervision, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in unclear situationsHelp facilitate the execution of research and transform the insights into actionable design opportunitiesProduce interactive prototypes,
