We are working with a
leading global financial services organization
that is looking to add an experienced
Talent Acquisition professional
to its team on an
initial six month contract .
This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, managing multiple searches and having a direct impact on hiring outcomes. The team is motivated to hire and is open to considering candidates across
different levels of experience , with the scope and compensation tailored accordingly.
The Opportunity You will play an important role within the Talent Acquisition function, managing recruitment across a range of corporate and financial services positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies and identify high quality talent.
This is a hands on role with exposure to the
full recruitment lifecycle , from initial intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, interview management and offer negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end to end recruitment process
across multiple roles, from intake through offer
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles and develop effective recruitment strategies
Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks and other channels
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs
Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and present qualified profiles to hiring managers
Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Support offer preparation, negotiations and closing activities
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS
Provide hiring managers with regular updates on search progress,
candidate activity and market feedback
Support recruitment events, talent initiatives and other Talent Acquisition projects as required
What We Are Looking For We are open to candidates across a range of experience levels. Depending on your background, you may be considered for the opportunity at a different level and with corresponding scope and compensation.
Experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through offer
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities, including experience identifying and approaching passive candidates
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders
The ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a quick paced environment
Strong communication, relationship management and candidate assessment skills
A proactive and hands on approach to recruitment
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and other sourcing tools
Experience within
financial services, banking, asset management, investment management or another professional services environment
would be an advantage, but is not essential
Both
in house Talent Acquisition professionals and agency Recruiters
with strong end to end recruitment and stakeholder management experience are encouraged to apply.
