This role will lead payroll operations and benefits administration while partnering closely with Finance, HR, and leadership to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.This opportunity is ideal for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and brings strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and HRIS systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end payroll processing for multi site operation ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll deliveryEnsure compliance with all Canadian payroll legislation including CRA requirements, CPP, EI, taxable benefits, remittances, ROEs, T4s, and year-end processingServe as the internal subject matter expert for payroll compliance, audits, reconciliations, reporting, and complex payroll mattersManage and optimize payroll systems and HRIS platforms, including system enhancements, testing, reporting, and process improvementsOversee employee benefits administration including enrollments,
