non-traditional Business Development Associate role who is at the early stage of their career. Based at our Steveston head office, you will:Provide high-value internal support to our outside sales team e.G. with quoting, pricing, inventory availability, order management, and issue resolutionGain exposure across our four sales channels: Restaurants, Wholesale, Institutional Foodservice, and Direct-to-ConsumerWork closely with operations, procurement, logistics, quality, marketing, and ITLearn the full supply chain, from vessel to customer, and develop deep product knowledgeUse data and insight to identify growth and improvement opportunitiesAbout Your CompensationBase Salary: CAD $50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experienceAdditional Compensation: Eligibility for a performance-based bonus as the role and responsibilities developBenefits: Paid vacation, statutory benefits, and employee seafood purchasing privileges.
