Work is performed under the supervision of the Project Director. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.The Career Advisor/ Workforce Case Manager will play an integral role in Career TEAM’s mission of accelerating the human condition!Package & Benefits401k with a generous employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurance with an employee‑sponsored HSA on any qualifying plansDisability insuranceEmployer‑sponsored life insurance policySupplemental insuranceImpact on Career TEAM’s SuccessProvide information and case management services to the communityComplete intake and eligibility determination for the workforce programAssess job seekers’ employment and training needs and abilities through interviewing, testing, and other methodsServe as a liaison between workforce development programs and community partnersEnter data into and otherwise use and process clients through any participant information system as required, and any other database as required by the One‑Stop systemGuide job seekers through the preparation of individual employment plans (IEP) based on their specific occupational goalsCounsel clients on available job opportunities, training programs, and other servicesRefer individuals to appropriate services, training programs, or job opportunities and follow up on those activitiesConduct orientation sessions, workshops, job clubs,
and other group presentations for clientsFollow all policies, procedures, and regulations related to eligibility documentation; ensure that case files have originals and/or copies of eligibility documentationMaintain accurate individual case files for each registered customer, assuring that each file contains all required eligibility documents and meets compliance requirementsDevelop a comprehensive Individual Employment Plan (IEP) for all customers. Provide referral and tracking of eligible customers into contracted programs provided on‑site at the One‑Stop centers and/or located in the community in accordance with established contractsMeet and/or exceed program benchmarks; participate in all staff‑related events as required, including but not limited to training, staff meetings, and individual supervisionComplete all required reports.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 5+ years of experience in operationsStrong communication skills and knowledge about community resourcesMultilingual and bilingual preferredPossess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make well‑thought‑out decisionsMust be computer literate and have MS Word and Excel skills at minimum, and the ability to learn specialized databases and software systemsAbility to work in a variety of settings with a culturally diverse customer base with the ability to be culturally sensitiveAbility to serve as a role model to customers and motivate them towards achieving goalsAbility to meet and/or exceed set goals and objectivesExcellent interpersonal, time management, customer service, organizational skills, and communication skills, both oral and written requiredKnowledgeable about the WIOA program and other workforce program requirementsA demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive,
