Our culture offers a safe, supportive workplace with paid training, comprehensive benefits, wellness initiatives, and more.What you will be doingReporting to the Manager of Therapy and Mental Health Services, the Clinical Supervisor focuses on clinical oversight, team development, and quality assurance compliance, including recruiting and training therapists, maintaining a clinical caseload, conducting staff evaluations, and collaborating on accreditation-aligned program improvements.You will bring advanced proficiency in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, clinical supervision and crisis intervention skills, and a dedication to confidentiality and ethical standards. You will demonstrate problem-solving, conflict resolution, and innovation in care strategies and process improvements. You will work autonomously and lead a high-functioning, trauma-informed team, using organizational and time management skills.Ensure adherence to trauma-informed and evidence-based practices for staff and intern therapistsOversee crisis response protocols,
