This role ensures timely, compliant, and organized project support across multiple heavy civil and construction activities.ResponsibilitiesCost accounting support for active construction projectsCode and process incoming packing slips with accuracy and timelinessReview and approve daily field logs for completeness and accuracyOrder and maintain utility locate files in alignment with company processesTrack rental equipment and approve electronic rental invoicesCoordinate administrative paper flow and maintain electronic project filesProduce KPI reports,
