Joining the RBC Dominion Securities Management team in Oakville, the Branch Operations Manager supports the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams while building a talent-focused, compliant, and efficient operation.ResponsibilitiesChampion Talent & Development — partner with leadership to identify, onboard, and train exceptional support staff; design and coordinate training programs that elevate team capabilityDrive Recruitment Excellence — collaborate with HR to source, interview, and hire the right talent; build a pipeline of skilled, motivated team membersImplement Operational Vision — execute the Branch Manager’s strategy by ensuring the branch runs efficiently, compliantly, and collaborativelyManage Daily Operations — oversee transaction approvals, account openings, documentation verification, and internal controlsOwn Technology & Process — provide system access, troubleshooting,
