Job OverviewWe are currently hiring Quality Control Inspectors to support a busy production environment in Barrie. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting sewn filter bags to ensure they meet quality and specification standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect completed filter bags to ensure they meet quality standardsRead and interpret specification sheets accuratelyStack and organize filter bags on folding tablesInspect cell plates to ensure proper fit and correct usageRepair returned filter bags according to specificationsComplete quality control documentation and reportsPrepare shipping materials and label orders as requiredMaintain a clean and organized work areaCommunicate quality issues to the Production SupervisorSupport team members and contribute to a positive work environmentQualificationsHigh School Diploma (OSSD)



or equivalent6 months–1 year of sewing experience (preferred)6 months–1 year of experience reading specification sheetsExperience in quality control or manufacturing is an assetStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem‑solving and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsFrequent bending, lifting, and handling materialsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs. independentlyStrong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterityWorking ConditionsManufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels.
