Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Superintendent will plan, organize, and direct Graham Construction projects through all stages of the project lifecycle. From foundations and structures through to interiors and completions, you will lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, while managing and mentoring field personnel, including junior Superintendents, to ensure teams are set up for success.Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to SiteLead Site Planning & Execution: Support preconstruction and oversee site logistics, scheduling, phasing, and constructability to ensure efficient project delivery.Manage Field Operations: Direct site staffing, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and field cost control.Oversee Construction Activities: Determine construction methods, sequencing, material quantities, equipment needs and monitor field productivity.Coordinate Teams & Trades: Coordinate work across trades, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications,
