Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Junior Claims Adjuster to join our claims adjusting team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a full‑time role and hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will evaluate all lines of general claims while working closely with an assigned licensed adjuster; interprets coverage andnegotiates settlements in accordance with provincial licensing restrictions and requirements, while demonstrating compliance with learned procedures.This position is between $50,000 - $70,000 annually (salary is open for negotiation and based on skills and experience).ResponsibilitiesInvestigation, collection, and analysis of claims informationAccurate recording,



reporting and file maintenanceExamine policies and claims settlement within Provincial licensing regulationsWork with manager to maintain client relations.QualificationsPost‑secondary education in an insurance related field, working towards independent adjusting license and CIP designationMinimum 1 year of functional and technical experience in an insurance environmentKnowledge of property and liability will be considered an assetProficient in maintaining accurate and detailed activity, transaction and reserve recordsComputer and reporting skills including Office 365, proficiency in using Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detailStrong analytical and mathematical abilityAble to manage multiple prioritiesMust be a team player with a solid commitment to quality and customer service#J-18808-Ljbffr
