and a strong RRSP programYour ResponsibilitiesYou’ll manage end‑to‑end project billing, including preparing and issuing invoices aligned with contract termsIn this role, you’ll review billing inputs such as hours, rates, and expenses to ensure accuracy and completenessYou’ll partner with Project Managers to provide guidance on billing structure, WIP, and financial performanceYou’ll monitor project financial metrics, including aging WIP, receivables, and cash flowYou’ll support reconciliation activities, including sub‑consultant billings and cash applicationsYou’ll contribute to forecasting billings and assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reportingSkills and Qualifications4+ years of progressive billing or finance experience, ideally within a professional services environmentFluency in both French and English, written and spokenStrong understanding of contract‑based billing models, including fixed fee and hourly structuresSolid Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookupsAbility to work independently while building strong relationships across teamsDetail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesNote from the Hiring Manager“We’re looking for someone who can go beyond processing invoices and truly partner with our teams.
