Under the supervision of the Showroom Director, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the client in his process of choosing flooring and purchasing ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, carpets, installation products, advising them on the products that meet their needs. Be available Thursday evenings and Saturdays during the day (40 hours per week); Excellence in customerservice (minimum 1 year of experience); Proficiency in the French language and an intermediate level of English are required (to support and collaborate with English-speaking clients and various stakeholders); Training related to design, architecture or planning an asset; Knowledge of the different types of floor and wall covering an asset;
