This role will be responsible for building the National Key Account channel strategy and driving sustainable sales with new and existing customers. This position is an existing vacancy.A Day in the LifeDrive and develop national Hotel, Office, Restaurant, Out of home customers (Horeca/Office) Key Account strategyDefine the national key account opportunities in size clusters (small, medium, large), international, national or provincial opportunitiesSeek agreement with Master Service Agreement (MSA) strategic business objectives linked with P&L; model validation by the Manager B2B National Accounts and finance controllerSet annual national key account plan with high level targets of acquisition and existing customersEstablish a competitive advantage using market insight, competition and shopper insightsLook and prospect for new national strategic accounts. Assess their potential and develop them with the collaboration of the Account Manager teamProvide regular updates on sales and business key performance indicatorsMaintain Relationship with National Key AccountsBuild strong relationships with future national accounts and existing customers to consistently execute strategy and ensure channel‑specific availabilityCoordinate with the market’s Marketing (CRM)



and CRC function to guarantee high standards of customer relationship and service managementExecute Excellence through Customer PlanningComplete the B2B sales strategy in collaboration with the Account Managers in designated regionsSet annual targets of capsule and machine sales by customer and develop a detailed operational plan: volume, value, P&L; follow-up and reporting. Review and agree on targets with respective customersDefine and agree on promotional activities with buying office and marketing teams. Liaise and co‑ordinate with Marketing Manager to coordinate those activities. Actively facilitate and implement local initiativesMarket InsightAnalyze the Horeca and Office market complexity, its potential and foresee future trendsUnderstand the Horeca and Office channels on a National Level, develop insights focusing on key customers and regional specification via the mastery and implementation of all available market analytical tools while using this know‑how with the HQ and other internal stakeholdersWhat Will Make You SuccessfulYou will champion the brand across the organization, bringing passion, drive, and results focus to a fast paced, high energy environment. Strong relationship management, analytical skills, and a proactive, organized approach are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a competitive market.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar positionProven experience in interpreting and analyzing a Profit and Loss (P&L;) model, coupled with a strong capacity for creativity and the development of innovative solutionsPost secondary education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experienceEffective communication, negotiation and robust leadership skills are required to express analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization and externally to customersStrong computer skills, specifically with MS Word, Excel,
