The best Guest Service representatives have strong communication skills, patience, and a drive to make a difference for our visitors. Job tasks are varied by the day and season and include booking programs, passes, tickets and other activities. This customer service department is quick paced, demanding but fun.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSResponsible for responding to guest inquiries,



resolving guest concerns and making recommendations during the purchase of guest experience passesProcess sale transactions via cash, credit and debit, balance floats and complete close-out proceduresDrive the sale of products by achieving or exceeding sales targetsKnowledgeable about our products, services and promotionsAnswer inbound phone calls, make outbound sales calls, identifying and resolving caller needs, and providing information through our on-site Call CenterAssist with off-site events and marketing/sales initiativesMaintain sales records and files and ad hoc reporting as neededMaintain basic housekeeping standards, ensuring the Guest Services offices and washroom facilities are cleaned/sanitized and well presentedPerform all other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position reports directly to the Manager, Guest Services and does not require any direct supervisory responsibilities.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIESA minimum of one (1) year in customer service preferredExperience handling transactions via cash, credit and debit an assetPrevious call center experience an assetSecondary Language skills an asset (Spanish and Mandarin preferred)Must be personable, friendly and outgoing with excellent customer service skillsHigh energy and a strong work ethicWORKING CONDITIONSHours of Operation are weather dependant. Due to the nature of the business, this position requires flexibility in terms of your work schedule. A variety of work schedules may include a variety of start times, including shifts on weekends and statutory holidays. Shifts require standing for long periods of time, lifting, twisting,
