You will collaborate with the Property Management Department, Contractors and staff to keep buildings, suites, and common areas in top condition. Responsibilities include regular inspections, minor repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, plus assisting with cleaning and moving tasks. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential.
