organize and keep all project correspondences current in the respective project filesPrepare Trade Submittal lists and follow up with the trades in expediting equipment deliveries and shop drawingsConstant follow up with trades and consultants to achieve project goals in a timely fashionPrepare computerized schedule and update schedule reporting as requiredFollow up with city officials regarding permits and other correspondencesCheck all invoices / progress claims for correct quantity, unit price, percentage of work performed and code invoicesWhat You BringMinimum 7 - 10 years of related project management experience in all aspects of mixed use, multi-residential wood frame & high-rise concrete constructionDemonstrate effective communication and team building skillsBe results focused with a proven track record of accomplishments in the construction industryBe a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast pace team environment and have a desire to grow with the CompanyProven performance in leadership and managing both people and development sitesDemonstrated ability to analyze, problem solve, make recommendations for change, implement and evaluate and provide a strong process perspectiveDemonstrated ability to problem solve, juggle numerous and diverse activities, organizing and prioritizing appropriately to meet demands and expectationsTechnically competent with various software programs related to construction industrySalary Range$180,000- $220,000AI UseThis role may involve the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support research, analysis, content development, design, reporting, or operational efficiency.
