Date limite pour présenter sa candidature : 05/04/2026Adresse : 100 King Street WestPosition Summary BMO Global Asset Management’s Alternatives Team is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the end-to-end lifecycle of the Alternatives Partnerships business and its investment solutions. This role combines investment analysis and due diligence with fund building and ongoing fund oversight, while also helping deliver high-quality client materials and timely client support.Key Responsibilities Sourcing, Screening & Opportunity AssessmentSupport sourcing and screening of new alternative investment opportunities and potential alternatives manager (prospective partners)Conduct initial fit assessments (strategy, structure, liquidity, fees, scalability, alignment) and prepare concise summaries for internal reviewMaintain pipeline tracking and competitor/peer comparisonsDue Diligence & Investment AnalysisDue diligence to support new and existing investments and investment funds, including:Industry and thematic researchAlternatives manager assessment (platform, team, process, track record, operational considerations)Structure and portfolio risk analysis (terms, liquidity, fee mechanics, portfolio fit)Detailed financial model & documentation reviewCoordinate inputs from internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, structuring, etc.)Investment Committee Materials & RecommendationsSupport team in preparing IC-ready materials (investment summaries, diligence reports, recommendations)Assist to articulate thesis, structure, key risks/mitigants, implementation considerations, and monitoring planSupport presentation of recommendationsNew Product / Partnership ExecutionSupport launch execution across internal and external stakeholdersHelp manage deliverables, timelines,
and governance steps required for successful product launchesContribute to process improvements and consistent documentation/checklistsOngoing Oversight, Monitoring & ReportingSupport ongoing monitoring of existing partnerships/funds (performance, alignment to objectives)Assist with periodic partner reviews and ad hoc analysis requestsMarketing SupportRefresh and maintain client-facing materials (marketing decks, client aids)Draft first versions of DDQs/RFPs and other diligence responses and help maintain a library of approved content for quick turnaroundQualifications RequiredUndergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fieldStrong analytical, writing, and presentation skills with high attention to detailAdvanced financial modelling skills especially suited for alternatives / private markets / hedge fund research and analysisAdvanced skills in preparation of investment presentation materialsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment and work effectively across stakeholdersAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsPreferredPrior Capital Markets or Investment Banking experience (transaction support, diligence, financial modeling, investment analysis, or deal execution)Exposure to alternatives/private markets (private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real assets, hedge funds, secondaries)Experience reviewing legal, fund, and transaction documentation, and synthesizing third-party diligence reportsExperience supporting client materials and advisor-facing requests (DDQs/RFPs, presentations, talking points)Salary $78,400.00 - $144,900.00Type de rémunération SalaireBenefits BMO offre également une assurance santé, le remboursement des frais de scolarité, une assurance accident et une assurance vie, ainsi que des régimes d’épargne-retraite.
